About Homemade Cake Recipes
The homemade cake recipes site was started quite recently. I've been involved with websites for many years, producing sites on various subjects, but they haven't always survived as the subject has never really been something that I'm truly interested in. But food ..well that's different! Why cakes? Because I didn't want to start a recipe site trying to cover everything, and making cakes is something I need to learn more about. I enjoy cooking at home and building this site will definitely improve my knowledge of homemade cakes.
The cake recipes come from a wide range of sources and are selected - not just a "copy and paste job" from one of the many other recipe sites out there. I've tested and enjoyed eating many of these cakes myself and, as time and waistline permit, will carry on testing and experimenting.
